In this highly-recognised degree, you will be equipped with the skills needed for lifelong learning in the evolving aviation environment. This degree is the first step to gaining your commercial pilot licence and has strong ties to major airlines across Australia. You will be introduced to the skills underpinning the theory and practice of flight training and study courses in areas such as human factors, aerodynamics, aviation law, atmospheric science, navigation and flight planning. You will graduate as a well-rounded aviation professional with one of Australia’s most highly regarded aerospace qualifications. Griffith University
Students study over three trimesters each year, completing the three-year program in two years. The Bachelor of Aviation standard entry pathway (applications through QTAC) is ONLY offered on-campus (Brisbane South – Nathan) and ONLY offered as a Trimester 1 intake. Students must attend the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus to undertake this pathway and must commence in Trimester 1. Professional entry students apply online directly to Griffith University.
