This dual degree is for aspiring business leaders and managers. The business management component equips students with the skills needed for a future in business. Students study topics including entrepreneurship, human resources, marketing, management and business technologies. Business knowledge is complemented by the study of economics including microeconomics, macroeconomics, and statistical tools for decision making such as benefit-cost analysis. Economics provides the skills to address complex global challenges, support informed decision-making, and influence policies that shape businesses, governments, and society. Students gain knowledge and skills for effective and successful management in a constantly changing and highly competitive national and international business environment.
