Human services professionals play a crucial role in enhancing the social, economic, personal, and communal wellbeing of individuals and communities. You’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of human services in Australia, and through a strong foundation in social justice, empowerment, and social inclusion, you’ll be equipped to connect with and make a meaningful impact on your community. Integrate classroom simulated learning with hands-on clinical training under the guidance of experienced professionals and put your skills into practice with clinical placements. You will engage in experiential learning, collaborating with specialists from the health and community sectors who will share their expertise. Your learning will be supported through our on-campus clinics, or through partnerships with leading organisations such as Queensland Health, Queensland Government, the National Youth Mental Health Foundation (headspace), and Lifeline. This degree offers flexible study options, with both full-time and part-time options available. For more course information, visit Bachelor of Human Services at GU.
