It’s designed for professionals working in the allied health, fitness or wellness industries, as school teachers, or in hospitality, community health or physical education, who want to upskill in the field of nutrition. It’s also the perfect starting point for a career pathway in human nutrition and food science.
In this program you will:
– Learn the science behind food and anatomical uses, paddock to plate, the science of eating to fight disease, food composition and nutritional needs across the lifecycle
– Develop skills to assess sources of nutrition information
