Yes, but keep in mind that your course preferences are considered in the order in which you’ve listed them. If you receive an offer to your first preference for an institution in one offer round, you won’t be considered for your lower preferences in subsequent offer rounds unless you change the order of your preferences.
If you’d like to be considered for other courses, you need to list any further course/s you wish to be considered for above the offer you have previously accepted, before the closing date for the next offer round.
If you receive an offer to a lower preference in an offer round, you’ll automatically be considered for your higher preferences in subsequent rounds (as long as you conditionally respond to an offer).
