When I try and open a report, it asks me to login again, but my login details aren’t working?

Check that you are using the correct username and password. For the second sign in when opening reports, you will only need to use your firstname.lastname not your full email with ‘@qtac’.
Make sure you are using Chrome or Firefox (not Edge or IE)
If it sends you on a ‘login loop’, check your school system and network with your IT department. Get the school IT department to verify that the NTLM Compatibility level is at 3 or higher.
